Amy Hester

Amy Hester opened Red Beauty Lounge in April 2014. Before opening the salon Amy worked at Joel's Hair Salon for fourteen years. As owner and lead stylist of Red, Amy knows the importance of keeping up with the latest trends and techniques, while concentrating on enhancing the natural beauty of her clients. Her cuts are simple, sophisticated, and always sexy with a modern edge. Her detailed approach to color produces exceptional results that look effortless and natural. Amy has trained in New York with Wella and Bumble and Bumble, and with Vidal Sassoon in California. Her continuing education also includes comprehensive training from Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex, Schwarzkopf Professional color, Kevin Murphy, R+CO, Hotheads Extensions, Fantasy Tan and MichelleLeigh Cosmetics.

Emily Reeves Dean

Emily Reeves Dean is a veteran of the advertising industry with over 20 years of agency experience covering production, account management, research, and digital communications strategy. From startups to well-known national brands, she has worked with retail, personal services, home services, B2B brands, and all things in between. With a passion for digital communications, Emily works with clients to deliver sound, measurable digital innovation to their marketing efforts. Through her experience in planning, managing and executing web development, content marketing, and social media, she creates relevant ways to tell client’s stories in the digital space while also providing meaningful measurement and analytics as a tool for calculating the efforts. 

In 2015, after being named “40 Under 40” by Arkansas Business and publishing her first book, a personal memoir titled Stay Safe, Emily launched her own digital communications company. Her clients have included retail, business consulting, and financial management companies. From digital content creation and digital advertising to PR outreach and internal communications, Emily becomes an extended marketing arm for her clients. She is also very involved in the Arkansas startup community and regularly mentors new companies on branding and marketing. 

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Emily has lived in Arkansas since 1996 and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2000.
